Dosage and use

A daily dose of ibutamoren generally contains 25mg. However, a small amount of powder will also have an effect. Therefore, a lower dose of 5 to 10mg is also sufficient. Use this SARM for 8 to 12 weeks.

Please note that this SARM has some side effects at doses above 25 mg. Increased appetite and lethargy (sickly sleep) may occur with the use of ibutamoren. Take this into account when timing your intake! In order to reduce the side effects, it is recommended to build up the use of this SARM gradually.
