O-PCE is a research chemical, which is compared to ketamine. Users indicate that O-PCE has more physical side effects than, for example, MXE, ketamine and 3-MeO-PCP. The side effects are similar to diphenidine, MXP and ephenidine. The stimulation of the drug can be compared to classical stimulants such as methylphenidate or cocaine. A good stability of the pellets under the above conditions can take up to 2 years.
