5-MeO-MiPT also known as 5-Methoxy-N-methyl-N-isopropyltryptamine and moxy is a lesser-known psychedelic of the tryptamine class. 5-MeO-MiPT is structurally related to other tryptamines like 5-MeO-DMT and 5-MeO-DiPT.  It’s uncommon relative to Lysergic acid diethylamide and psilocin, but it already exists for a couple of decades. 5-MeO-MiPT causes the ehrlich reagent to turn purple then fade to faint blue. It causes the marquis reagent to go yellow through to black. The psychoactive research outcomes are believed to come from activity at the serotonin receptors.
