Sulbutiamine or Arcalion is a vitamin B1 derivative. It is used to treat symptoms of weakness, fatigue, depression, erectile dysfunction and even to enhance athletic performance. Sulbutiamine increases the levels of thiamine in the brain and creates mildly stimulating effects.
