LSZ, sometimes referred to as Lambda, is a synthetic psychedelic that belongs to a class of compounds known as lysergamides. Most lysergamides produce research effects that are similar in nature to LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide). We sell LSZ 150ug blotters here at Subchems. If you are looking to buy LSZ 100mcg blotters or 50mcg blotters then you can work with these blotters by cutting them into smaller pieces. The substance was first synthesized as a rigid analog of LSD by a research team at Purdue University, led by David E. Nichols. LSZ was quickly deemed to be highly potent. It soon appeared on the research chemical market. How to use LSZ Blotters LSZ blotters are sold because they’re one of the easiest ways to dose LSZ. LSZ is usually sold in liquid form because of its extreme potency. Measuring a research dose of LSZ is extremely difficult without highly expensive and sensitive equipment that most amateur researchers might not have. At Subchems you can buy LSZ in the highest quality blotters form produced in a professional laboratory, available in the quantities 1, 2, 5, 10, or 25 blotters, each with 150ug per. LSZ blotters are made by diluting an exact amount of pure LSZ in a liquid solution. This solution is then calculated so that we know exactly how much LSZ is contained within before the laboratory distributes it onto special blotter paper. Ensure to store the LSZ blotters in a dry and cool place for maximum shelf-life. When handling research chemicals ensure to always take the proper precautions in the laboratory like wiping down surfaces and wearing gloves, a mask & protective clothing. Definition LSZ The definition of LSZ is officially known as Lysergic acid 2,4-dimethylazetidide, is a novel psychedelic lysergamide compound. It first gained popularity as a mail-order psychedelic that was sold on research chemical markets in the last decade. Like other compounds in the lysergamide group, LSZ is speculated to exhibit 5-HT2a agonism. This is a shared trait with LSD and other similar compounds and results in many similar research outcomes. However, LSZ is not exactly the same as these other compounds. The dosage range for research purposes is quite similar (researchers generally work with between 100mcg to 400mcg of LSZ, which is quite similar to LSD), and the residual and primary effects of research tend to last for about the same amount of time as LSD (between 6-10 hours). Chemistry background information LSZ LSZ is not as well-understood as some lysergamides but researchers have discovered quite a bit about the compound in the last decade or so. As a lysergamide, LSZ contains the core lysergic acid structural group. Lysergamides are polycyclic amides that contain both phenethylamine and tryptamine groups embedded within their structure, as well as a carboxamide group attached to carbon number eight. One of the reasons that chemicals like LSZ are being discovered more rapidly is because of the way that chemists can create new compounds by varying the substituent attached to the nitrogen atoms in the lysergamide core structure. In LSZ, an amine functional group is attached to the Rn in the core structure. The core structure has a bicyclic hexahydroindole attached to a bicyclic quinoline group (which constitutes lysergic acid). At the carbon 8 of the quinoline is attached an amide group. The terminal nitrogen atom in the amide group is substituted to make a 2,4-dimethylazetidide group. The carbon 6 is also substituted with a methyl group. There are three possible stereoisomers around the azetidine ring. The (S,S)-(+) isomer is the most active at this site, making LSZ similar or slightly more potent than LSD. More Information Reviews
